NASA Introduces Advanced Telescope
NASA has recently revealed the prototype of a new telescope, which can be used to study gravitational waves in space. This telescope is part of the LISA (Laser Interferometer Space Antenna) mission, a joint mission between NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA).
Table of Contents
The LISA mission aims to detect gravitational waves by measuring subtle changes in distance across a vast array of spacecraft. These waves are generated by large-scale events in the universe such as the merger of black holes.
This new telescope has a gold-coated mirror, which helps reflect the infrared laser beam and reduce heat loss. It is made of a glass-ceramic material called Zerodur, which maintains its shape across a wide range of temperatures, ensuring high precision. NASA aims to launch the LISA mission in the mid-2030s. Once launched, this mission will help deepen our understanding of gravitational waves and uncover the mysteries of the universe
Behind about of NASA
The full name of NASA is National Aeronautics and Space Administration. It is an independent agency of the United States, which is responsible for the civil space program as well as aeronautics and aerospace research.
History of NASA
Talking about the history of NASA, NASA was established on July 29, 1958. Prior to this, there was an organization called National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), which worked in the field of aeronautics. After the establishment of NASA, most of America’s space exploration efforts have been led by NASA. Talking about NASA’s major program, astronaut program: NASA has run several astronaut programs, including the Apollo Moon landing mission, Skylab Space Station, and Space Shuttle. Space research NASA conducts various types of research in space, such as studying planets, studying black holes, and studying the origin of the universe. Earth observation NASA studies the Earth’s atmosphere, climate, and environment. Space station NASA plays a key role in the construction and operation of the International Space Station (ISS). Which is your own space station in space. Spacecraft development. NASA develops various types of spacecraft, such as robotic spacecraft, manned spacecraft, and space telescopes.
NASA’s Future Mission
NASA’s future goals include sending manned missions to the Moon, sending manned missions to Mars, establishing a permanent human presence in space, exploring new planets and other bodies in the solar system.
NASA has made many important contributions in the field of space exploration, and it will continue to play a leading role in space science and technology in the future. NASA exists because of its various sciences and wants to get all the information about space like the discovery of water on Mars and the moon and how man-made things can survive on it and this is the dream that man-made humans can live on Mars. If seen in this way, it is true that if something happens to Earth then we can live on Mars or the Moon. If seen overall, it is not NASA’s dream but the dream of every space agency to complete this mission and find new glory. If seen in this way, NASA is till now among the top agencies. Its satellites find planets and also analyse the Sun. And they also keep on analysing the Earth so that any problem arising on Earth can be solved.
